Welcome to the 21store online shop. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Who may buy

• You must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Our service and delivery are available inside the Sultanate of Oman only.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter (name, phone, address). An order we cannot deliver because of wrong details may be cancelled.

2. Your account

• Accounts are created with your mobile number. You sign in either with a verification code sent over WhatsApp, or with a password.
• You are responsible for keeping your code and password private, and for activity carried out through your account.
• We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products, prices and availability

• All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and include VAT where it applies.
• We try to show images and specifications accurately; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• Quantities shown reflect stock held across our branches, and an item can sell out before your order is completed.
• Where a price or description is obviously wrong, we may refuse or cancel the order even after confirmation, and we will refund anything you paid in full.

4. Orders

• Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and prepare your order.
• Orders are fulfilled from a branch that holds the items. If items sit in different branches we may ask you to order them separately.
• We may cancel an order if stock runs out, if we cannot verify you, or if we suspect fraud. Anything paid is refunded.

5. Payment

• Cash on delivery: paid when the order is handed over.
• Card: handled by the Thawani payment gateway. We never see or store your card details on our servers — they are entered directly with the payment provider.
• An order counts as paid only once the gateway confirms it. If you are charged but see no order, contact us and we will trace the payment.

6. Delivery

• We deliver inside the Sultanate of Oman only. Delivery time runs from order confirmation.
• Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed, and may be affected by public holidays and circumstances outside our control.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the address given. Repeated failed deliveries may result in cancellation.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, exchanges and warranty

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to break, disrupt or bypass its security.
• Automated scraping of the site, or commercial re-publication of its content, is not permitted without written consent.
• Trademarks, images and text on the site belong to us or to their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be free of faults or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by Omani law, our liability to you is limited to the value of the order in dispute, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing here affects rights you have under Oman's Consumer Protection Law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page. Past orders remain governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
